Eggless Cranberry Orange Cookies

Eggless Cranberry Orange Cookies

Cranberry orange is one of my favorite flavor combos in the winter. Whether it’s for muffins, scones, bagels, or these Eggless Cranberry Orange Cookies, it’s fresh, bright, and is the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Now is a great time to make this recipe as citrus season is just getting started and local, Wisconsin cranberries are still readily available. These cookies are egg free as always and come together in under an hour.

Use a one tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into balls and set them on the baking sheets, evenly spaced with a couple inches between the cookies.

Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. They should be turning slightly golden on the edges when done. Let them rest on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
